3. NFC Verification and Platform Use
Kolaro provides consumer verification tools designed to authenticate premium products. You agree not to misuse our system, attempt to bypass security measures, replicate NFC identifiers, or engage in any fraudulent activity intended to compromise product verification integrity.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, graphics, source code, logos, and trademarks associated with Kolaro are the exclusive property of Kolaro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kolaro provides verification services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.
